Maryland Legal Aid

Maryland Legal Aid provides high-quality, effective, legal representation to low-income Anne Arundel County residents on civil issues.  In civil cases, there is no "right to counsel" under the law, yet issues regarding housing, health care, and child custody can be life-altering.  The Anne Arundel County office helped 34,741 Anne Arundel residents free of charge in 2012.
